DELIVERY

  • Our delivery is complimentary in a 20-mile radius of the zip code 60062. For anything farther than a 20-mile radius, additional charges apply.

  • We will contact you at least a week before your party to confirm what day and time we will be delivering your party, depending on our route for that weekend with our other parties.

  • Our team needs about 60-90 minutes to setup and style your party and about 30-45 minutes to break it down the next day.

VENUE REQUIREMENTS

  • Each tent with a mattress when setup is around 100 inches long by 50 inches wide. It would be best if you considered the area around the tents so that children have space to move. Based on the measurements of your space, we can work with you to design the best configuration for your event, whether it be aisles, a semicircle, or a line-up.  

  • No, our lights and signs are battery powered.

  • No. We take sanitization of our supplies very seriously. All linens are laundered in hypo-allergenic, plant-based, antibacterial detergent after each use, regardless of whether they were slept on. Mattresses are protected by waterproof protectors and washed in before and after each use. All materials are disinfected after each party.

  • For sanitization purposes, children should bring their own sleeping pillows. We provide blankets and decorative throw pillows. Please note decorative pillows are not for sleeping.

SAFETY

  • Due to safety reasons only one child is permitted per tent. The Bell tent max is up to 8.

  • We cater for both girls and boys from the age of 5+ upwards for our indoor sleepovers. Please note that children under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult which is normally the parents of the party host.

THEMES

  • We have a wide variety of themes, pricing and add-ons available — and are constantly adding more. Have an idea for a custom party? We’d be happy to discuss! We love new ideas.

  • The photos are examples of our themes and styles, they may vary depending on stock and location.

  • Per our policy to avoid damage to the tents, mattresses, and linens, it’s preferable that food and drinks not be consumed while inside the tent.

TENTS

  • Our standard tents can only be used indoors, however our wigwam tents can be used indoors and outdoors.

  • Our standard tents are not, but the wigwam tents are.

PRICING

  • A deposit of 50% of your party cost is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due seven days before the party​ plus an additional security deposit of $100 to be paid prior to set up. The security deposit will be refunded once the equipment has been collected undamaged and fully inspected (usually within 48 hours). Costs for the replacement of any damaged items supplied, or breakages, will be deducted from this deposit.

  • ​Yes we ask for a $100 security deposit on completion of our booking. The security deposit will be refunded once the equipment has been collected and inspected - normally within 48 hours of the party.

  • Our standard set up is morning with pick up at 10 a.m. the following morning. We’re more than happy to work with you to accommodate your scheduling needs based on availability. Additional fees may apply.

DAMAGES

  • ​Don't worry we understand accidents happen which is why we ask for a security deposit which is refundable after the event.  In the event of any damage we will contact you to discuss. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full information which also details our replacements costs.

CANCELLATIONS

  • ​We understand that things don't always go to plan and there maybe a need for you to change the date or even cancel your booking. If this happens, please let us know as soon as you can and we will see what we can do to help. However, if your booking is cancelled within 7 days of your sleepover date, your deposit is non-refundable. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details of our policy.
